4. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and quoted at the time of your order, then itemised on your invoice. For large or regular orders, negotiated delivery rates may apply. Collection from our Gauteng facility is available by prior arrangement at no delivery charge.
5. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Atlas Labels cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or unattended delivery address. Re-delivery charges from the courier will be for your account in such cases.
6. Damaged or Lost in Transit
While we take great care in packaging your order, once it leaves our facility, delivery is managed by the third-party courier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- Provide photographs of the damaged packaging and goods where applicable
- We will lodge a claim with the courier on your behalf
- Where damage is confirmed as transit-related, we will arrange a reprint or replacement at no additional cost
7. Urgent & Bulk Orders
For time-critical requirements, contact us before placing your order so we can advise on feasibility, expedited production, and any applicable rush fees. For regular or high-volume requirements, we offer scheduled supply agreements and stock-holding arrangements so labels are available when you need them.
